Much of UKWOT’s income comes from our otter adoption packages. We have recently launched our Tolga’s Fan Club and this year we are looking to launch our membership programme.
Role Description
- Sending out adoption and Tolga’s Fan Club certificates and updates (via email).
- Working with Fundraising and Communications Officer to create Otter Adoption and Tolga’s Fan Club updates.
- Working alongside our Fundraising and Communications Officer to develop our membership programme and manage members once it is launched.
- Help with updating and maintaining adoption and fan club downloadable packages.
Location
Remote from anywhere in the UK.
Hours
Ad hoc. Holidays (e.g. christmas) are very busy but support will be provided during these times. Our certificates are usually sent out within 48 hours. Outisde of holiday times adoptions don’t tend to be very busy.
Note
This position is voluntary and is unpaid. Everyone within the charity is unpaid.
What are we looking for?
- Someone who has excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Someone who is trustworthy and has excellent time management.
- Access to your own computer and internet connection is required.
- Experience using Canva would be beneficial.
