Thank you for shopping at UK Wild Otter Trust. The following policy is applicable for any products that are purchased from the UK Wild Otter Trust Online Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we inspect everything carefully before posting to ensure quality. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way. Please read our online shop shipping policy carefully. UK shipping 

Our online shop has flat rate shipping of £4 per order unless otherwise stated, for UK addresses. 

Non-physical products (e.g. otter adoptions and Tolga’s Fan Club) are not shipped (rather sent via email or are a download) so no shipping costs are charged. 

Some physical products have free shipping, this will be stated in the item description. 

We send all items 2nd class via Royal Mail, if you wish to have your order sent via another service, please contact us in the first instance and we can discuss options and the costs it would incur.  

 

Shipping outside the UK 

For shipping outside of the UK please contact us to get a quote.  

For international purchases, the purchaser is responsible for any customs fees if the item/s are held by customs. 

 

Time frame 

We will endeavour to send out your order within 2 working days. However, if delays occur, we will keep you updated. 

We will not be liable to you or in breach of any contract for delay or failure to delivery due to a cause beyond our reasonable control, nor shall we be liable to you for losses you suffer based on the estimated delivery date or an order should these items fail to be delivered within that time.
