The adoption pack (apart from the certificate) will be available to download after purchase. The adoption certificate will be sent out via email. We cannot guarantee the time frame in which adoption certificate will be sent out. However, they are usually sent out within 72 hours. Any additional items will be sent using Royal mail. If you need the item by a specific date, please let us know when ordering.
