We are looking for a fundraising officer to join our fundraising team to secure much needed funding for our charity. Your main role will be researching and completing grants, working alongside our Fundraising Lead and other Fundraising Officers. 🦦
This position is voluntary and is unpaid. Everyone within the charity is unpaid. This position is remote and would require you to have access to a computer and internet access. 💻
What are we looking for?
🦦 Someone who is passionate about animals and conservation.
🦦 Someone who has experience with fundraising for charities, in particular completing grant applications would be beneficial.
🦦 Someone who has excellent communication skills. What difference will you make? We receive an increasing number of cubs per year due to a number of reasons, with over 30 animals a year now commonplace, and aim to care for those in need, and aim to rehabilitate them in order to release them back into the wild. It costs £3500 to rehabilitate one otter cub so every pound raised makes a huge difference. 🦦
