Otter + Wildflower Wreath Online Charity Drawing Workshop

Fancy learning how to carve and use your own bamboo pen from the comfort of your own home, create a beautiful inky otter and wildflower illustration of your own, and raise money for conservation charity all in one fell swoop?

On 26th April 2025 Katy Moby is running a live online workshop to teach how to carve your own bamboo pen and use it to create a guided step-by-step illustration, all of which will help raise money for the UK Wild Otter Trust. You will have the option to attend the live class on that date, but also have unlimited access to the video tutorial to enjoy at your own convenience at a later date if you prefer.

You’ll receive a craft box in the post the week before the workshop with a link to the live video, your own ready-made bamboo pen, inks, worksheets and papers (plus a £5 voucher from me to say thanks) so you’ll have everything you need.

Focusing on a vibrant otter portrait surrounded by a wreath of wildflowers as a final piece, you’ll also learn a whole range of mark-making, colour mixing and illustrative techniques. Suitable for ages 7+.
