Any adoptions and Tolga’s Fan Club orders from 23rd December onwards won’t be sent until January 2nd.

Our charity is run by a team of dedicated volunteers, who are going to have a well deserved break over Christmas and New Year.

Please use the notes section at checkout to write the name you want on the adoption certificate and the date you want the adoption to begin.

The adoption pack (apart from the certificate) will be available to download after purchase. The adoption certificate will be sent out via email. We cannot guarantee the time frame in which adoption certificate will be sent out. However, they are usually sent out within 72 hours. Any additional items will be sent using Royal mail. If you need the item by a specific date, please let us know when ordering.
